Powder Dietary Recommendations: 

Due to the drug's effectiveness in an alkaline environment, it is advisable to avoid consuming acidic foods such as fruits and acidic fruit juices.

Therapeutic Effects and Pharmacology of Solvestone: 

The dried extract of Phyllanthus niruri, also known as the stonebreaker plant, contains tannins and phenolic compounds that support better physiological function of the urinary tract. This plant also possesses diuretic properties.

According to clinical trials and studies, Phyllanthus niruri has shown to not only intervene in various stages of stone formation but also assist in reducing crystal density, improving their structure and composition, and aiding in the elimination of stones or stone fragments after lithotripsy (breaking stones using sound waves).

Furthermore, it is believed to help relax the kidneys and urinary tract, making the passage of stones or fragments easier. The extract of Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, also known as bearberry, contains hydroquinone derivatives that can contribute to better urinary tract function and the elimination of excess fluids from the body.

Studies suggest that bearberry leaf extract can be effective in reducing urinary tract infections. Bearberry leaf has diuretic, antimicrobial, and astringent effects. Bearberry contains arbutin, which is absorbed intact through the digestive system and is hydrolyzed to hydroquinone in alkaline urine. Hydroquinone can exhibit antimicrobial and astringent effects.

Given that most kidney stones (calcium oxalate, uric acid, and cystine stones) tend to form in acidic urine conditions, the presence of mineral compounds in the form of citrate (potassium and magnesium citrates) raises the pH of urine, thus preventing the formation of crystals and stone deposition.

Precautions and Contraindications:

Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

• The presence of hydroquinone may cause urine to appear greenish or even darker when exposed to air.
• Concurrent use of this product with alpha-lipoic acid and herbs that lower blood sugar (e.g., devil's claw, fenugreek, garlic, ginseng, psyllium) can enhance blood sugar-lowering effects.
• Due to the presence of tannins, it's recommended to take iron supplements if needed with a time gap of 1 to 2 hours.

Dosage: Dissolve the content of 1 sachet (10 grams) in 1500 ml of water or any non-carbonated beverage. Shake well to completely dissolve the contents and consume throughout the day. Drinking 2 to 3 liters of water daily is recommended for better results.
