- The product is non-shrink, preventing stress or deformation in the repaired structure.
- Ideal for bonding concrete, steel, wood, brick, ceramic, and overhead or vertical surfaces.
Epoxy-Based Bonding Agent for Repair Mortars, Concrete-to-Concrete & Steel Connections
Bond EBA 201 is a premium, two-component epoxy adhesive designed for permanent bonding of concrete to concrete, as well as structural repair and reinforcement applications in both interior and exterior environments. This high-performance product tolerates slight moisture during application and curing, ensuring a reliable bond even under challenging conditions. Once fully cured, bond EBA 201 becomes completely water-insoluble, providing long-term durability and resistance to environmental effects. Its final adhesive strength significantly exceeds the tensile strength of conventional concrete, guaranteeing a secure, long-lasting connection. The product is non-shrink, ensuring that no stresses or deformation are introduced to the repaired or bonded structure.
Applications
- Concrete Repairs: Restoring structural integrity of damaged or worn concrete surfaces.
- Bonding Fresh to Old Concrete: Ensuring a permanent, high-strength connection between new and existing concrete.
- Steel Reinforcement Anchoring: Fixing steel bars and rods in wet or dry concrete holes.
- Structural Leveling & Coating: Adjusting heights and leveling structural columns, beams, and surfaces.
- Multi-Surface Bonding: Can be applied to concrete, stone, brick, wood, ceramic tiles, mosaics, and other construction substrates.
- Vertical & Overhead Surfaces: Special formulation allows safe application on walls, columns, and ceilings without sagging.

Key Features & Benefits
- Superior adhesion to concrete, steel, brick, wood, ceramic, and stone.
- Moisture tolerance before, during, and after curing.
- High initial and final mechanical strength.
- Excellent chemical resistance for long-term durability.
- Color-coded components for proper mixing; low odor ensures safe handling.
- Non-shrink during curing; maintains structural integrity.
- Does not corrode reinforcement steel.
- Suitable for horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces.
Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is critical for optimal adhesion:
- Ensure substrates are solid, clean, and free of loose particles.
- Remove dust, grease, oils, curing compounds, or any contaminants that reduce adhesion.
- Use mechanical methods such as shot-blasting, sanding, wire brushing, or pressurized water cleaning (avoid standing water).
- Final cleaning with a vacuum or air blower is recommended before applying the adhesive.
Mixing Instructions
- Shake each component thoroughly before use.
- Add Component B to Component A and mix using a slow-speed drill (max 466 RPM) with a suitable mixing paddle.
- Mix for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of streaks.
- Only mix quantities that can be applied within the working time (60 minutes).
Application Method
Apply the mixed adhesive uniformly using a brush, roller, or airless spray. Ensure full coverage of the substrate. Place concrete, mortar, or repair materials while the adhesive layer is still tacky for maximum bonding.
Material Consumption
Recommended dosage: 0.5–0.6 kg/m², depending on surface roughness and texture.
Limitations & Precautions
- Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C.
- Avoid diluting with solvents as it reduces adhesive strength.
- Concrete substrates should be properly cured for 1–2 days, depending on environmental conditions.
- Ensure proper ventilation when working in enclosed spaces.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean tools immediately after use with the recommended solvent. Hardened adhesive must be removed mechanically.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store in original, sealed containers on pallets, away from direct sunlight, heat, and rain. Shelf life: 15 months from manufacturing date.
Packaging
Supplied in 10 kg sets (combined A+B components) for bulk and wholesale orders.
Safety Guidelines
- May cause skin and eye irritation; use personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, and protective clothing).
- In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water and seek medical attention.
Wholesale Export Advantages
- High availability for large-scale orders.
- Competitive pricing for bulk shipments.
- Global shipping for construction markets and infrastructure projects.
- Reliable quality with consistent performance across batches.
