Directions for Use: 

After brushing, rinse the mouth with approximately 10ml (about half the bottle cap) of Dineh Antiseptic Mouthwash and then spit it out. For throat inflammation relief (due to colds), the mouthwash can be diluted and used as a gargle. Avoid eating or drinking for half an hour after using the mouthwash.
